History: Usagi has been a shy boy since he was young. One time when he played outside when he was small, he saw a little girl playing by herself. It was love on first sight for him, but shy as he was, he was unable to talk to her. The next few days he went to the same place to meet her again, but she was never there. When he asked around about her, Usagi found out her name was Mist, and that's she's very sick, and would probably die soon. Usagi was devastated, he felt useless and wanted to help her very badly. He went to a witch and asked her if there was a way to save Mist. The Witch said it was possible, but of course there was a price. The witch could give Mist a longer lifespan, but that had to come from somewhere. Usagi had to sacrifice himself to save Mist. His lifespan was halved and that half went to Mist. Then the witch turned Usagi in a bunny hat, as a matching accessory for a girl.
Mist regained health and was able to go outside again. After a while Mist met Usagi, and they started traveling together. Eventually the fact that Usagi is a human boy was found out. Usagi still loves Mist a lot but he's unable to say so, since he's too shy and he's afraid it might ruin their friendship.
